When you arrive at Delhi, our representative will greet you and will transfer you to the hotel and this is where you would spend the night.
Delhi is a city blessed with rich culture. As a result of its proximity to other states, it is home to many festivals and foods. The magnificent city of Delhi has been inhabited since the 6th century and from that time until now, the city has been destroyed and rebuilt. While New Delhi, as expected, is beautifully poised with gigantic structures and large roads - markers of modernization, old Delhi is a maze of small lanes and older buildings. This blend of old and new in one city makes Delhi one of the greatest tourism sites in India.
In the morning of day 2, you will begin at Old Delhi, a city built by Shah Jahan (the Mughal emperor) in 1639 AD. Next stop is the Raj Ghat. This is where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated. You will see the museum that was built in commemoration of Mahatma Gandhi. Thereafter, you will be driven past the iconic Red Fort and Chandni Chowk, a very popular market in Old Delhi to the next stop which is Jama Masjid built by Shah Jahan, one of the largest mosques in India. Chandni Chowk is full of shops hence, can be crowded. We recommend a rickshaw ride, it is very interesting. You will need to check out from the hotel at noon, 1200 hours.
In the afternoon of day 2, you will be at India’s largest minaret known as Qutub Minar as well as Humayun’s tomb (both are UNESCO World Heritage Sites). Your next stop will be India Gate built in the memory of martyred soldiers. Then, you will be driven past the Government Secretarial Buildings, the Parliament House and the President’s House. At last, you will pay a visit to the Lakshminarayan Temple dedicated to Lakshmi and Lord Narayana.
Later in the evening, you will be transferred to Delhi railway station for an overnight train heading to Lucknow.

This morning you will arrive Lucknow and will be transferred to your hotel. Lucknow is the capital of the state of Uttar Pradesh.It is a very important seat of administration, aerospace, finance, education, commerce, design, culture, tourism, music and poetry as well as pharmaceuticals, technology. There is so much to see here. It is the city of Nawabs and it is known as the Golden city of India and Constantinople of the east. Lucknow is a multicultural place; it is known for its gardens, baradaris, Imambaras, Islamic shrines and mosques. The city was a major centre during the Indian rebellion that took place in 1857 and was active in the independence movement.
In the morning of day 3, you will visit great places such as Jama Masjid, Roomi Darwaza, the great Imambara Picture gallery and Residency and Dilkusha palace. You will also see monuments such as the Chhota Imambara and Bara Imambara with its blend of Mughlai and Turkish-style architectural design.
In the afternoon, you will have free time. You will spend the night in Lucknow.

On day 4 you will take a ride from Lucknow to Varanasi by train. This trip will be in the afternoon (you will have free time in the morning). On arrival in Varanasi, the spiritual capital of India, you will be transferred to the hotel. Varanasi is regarded as the city of temples or the Holy city of India. Varanasi is also called Benaras, Banaras or Kashi. This city is home to the Ganges River. You will stay overnight at Varanasi.
There is a Hindu belief that when a dead person’s ashes are immersed in the River Ganges, the soul will attain Moksha (salvation and freedom). In the morning of day 5, you will take a boat ride in the river Ganges. Two of the most renowned ghats, Manikarnika and Harishchandra ghats will be visited. These two famous ghats are frequented by many devotees for holy dips and cremation. The cremation takes place at the bank of the river Ganga to release the dead from this birth cycle and free them. Around these ghats, you will observe the burning of funeral pyres around the ghats.
In the evening, you will have free time to observe the Arti at the River Ganges ghats. In between the morning and evening, you will have free time. You can spend it resting; leisurely learning more about the city or you could visit Sarnath. You will be spending the night in the hotel after the tour of Varanasi.

In the morning you will have free time to explore Varanasi. Varanasi is the oldest city in the world (dating bасk to 5000 уеаrѕ) and founded before Rome (capital of Italy). It hаѕ been the cultural and ѕріrіtuаl саріtаl of India for years. Varanasi city has shrines for Buddhist followers - north east of Varanasi is Sarnath, where Gautama Buddha (Buddhism founder) taught his first teachings to the people. Here, you could visit Dharmarajika Stupa, Buddhist temple and the ruins in Museum. Check-out from the hotel is at noon, 1200 hrs.
Later in the evening you will be transferred to the Mughalsarai railway station for overnight train for Agra.
Upon your arrival at the Tundla rail station in the morning, you will be transferred to your hotel in Agra. Agra, part of the Golden Triangle tourist circuit (along with Jaipur and Delhi) is a major touristic interest city of India. Agra is home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Taj Mahal. The visit to the Taj Mahal will be the high point of your trip to Agra. The Taj Mahal is an elegantly designed structure built with white marble by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. This monumental structure was built between 1631 and 1648 in memory of the emperor’s favorite queen, Queen Mumtaz Mahal. The Taj Mahal is truly a beauty. It is a marvel that sits comfortably on the banks of the Yamuna River. It is truly a wonder and an embodiment of love and romance.
Another sight is the Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its magnificent architecture. It was built in the 16th century, another achievement of the Mughal Empire. The Agra Fort houses many fairy tale palaces including Jahangir palace and Khas Mahal. You will also have some time to see the halls - Diwan-e-Aam (private audience hall) and Diwan-e-Khas (public audience hall). In the afternoon, you can visit more places of personal interest or do some personal shopping. Agra is famous for inlaid marble work and handicrafts made of marble, wood and metal. The transport is at your disposal within the city limits. Note that the Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays. You will spend the night in Agra.

Fatehpur Sikri was built by the Emperor Akbar in the 16th century. You will be visiting this place while on your way to Jaipur. Fatehpur Sikri is one of the most notable UNESCO World Heritage Sites in India due to its role in Mughal civilization. Other places you will visit here include the Tomb of Salim Chishti, the Jama Masjid, the Panch Mahal (5-storied) and the Buland Darwaza. It is the central portico with three arched entrances. It is known locally as Lutheran Horseshoe gate. Other beautiful buildings to be visited here include Naubat Khana, Birbal’s house, Mariam-uz-Zamani’s palace and Ibadan Khana.
Next stop is Jaipur, the pink city. The entire city was painted pink when the Prince of Wales visited in the 18th century. Jaipur is the capital of Rajasthan and was built by Maharaja Jaipur Singh. You can spend the rest of the day walking on the colorful streets. The transport is at your disposal within the city limits. You will spend the night in Jaipur

The morning of day 9 begins with a visit to Amer palace. Amer palace was constructed by Raja Man Singh with red sandstone. This was the earlier capital of Jaipur It is divided into four sections, each with a courtyard. The gate of the main entrance is Surajpole. Other places here include the temple dedicated to the goddess Sila Devi, the public and private audience halls, the palace of mirrors (Sheesh Mahal) and the pleasant climate-water connection of the Sukh Niwas.
Apart from that, there is also a trip to the seven-storey Maharaja City Palace and Jantar Mantar (the observatory). Hawa Mahal palace and the garden will also be visited. Jaipur is most famous for its shopping activities. You will be spending the night in Jaipur.

On day 10, you will be taken from Jaipur to Delhi by road. We will make sure you get to Delhi airport in time for your return flight. Accommodation is not included here as most flights depart after midnight.
