After the visits to various temples, you could go watch the Ganga Arti ( a ritual performed at the banks of the holy river Ganges) at the Triveni Ghat. Rishikesh has several artists to his name, some of whom have recorded songs here. You'll be driven back to Haridwar after your excursion to Rishikesh. Overnight is in the religious of Haridwar.

Chandigarh is the first planned city of Independent India and globally known for its fantastic architecture and modern design.
